Example of account confirmation screen

Thank you for connecting with us on ParentSquare. Some changes are being introduced in ParentSquare for contact information. These changes will help you view, confirm, or suggest corrections to your contact information. If you are both a staff member and parent, you can also combine accounts.

Update Apps: If your ParentSquare app is not up to date, please update your iOS or Android ParentSquare mobile app to the latest version. 

Sign In: Please sign in to ParentSquare at your earliest convenience.  Your username is the email address on file in Skyward (the program you used to register your child & check their grades)

Confirm: Next, confirm your contact information as directed. You will see something similar to this screenshot when you log in.  This should only take you 2-3 minutes at the most.

Combine Existing Accounts: If you receive an invitation email or text, this may mean that you have more than one account. Please open the invitation and click the link, "Sign in to Combine Existing Account." You can also combine accounts later in My Account settings.
